Tree Sparina condominium was awarded by Malaysia Green Building Confederation (MGBC) for achieving Green Building Index (GBI).
MGBC promotes a sustainable built environment in Malaysia. Under GBI certification, MGBC recognises housing development projects that implements energy savings, water conservation, healthy indoor environment, good public community, promotes recycles and provides greenery in respective developments.
Mr Thong Pang Tong, General Manager of Ideal Property Group represented the Group in receiving the certificate on 10 March 2018.
Earlier, the project also scored in Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC), which were rated based to control the quality of architectural works, internal finishes, roof, external wall, apron & perimeter drain, material & functional test, external works and basic M&E fittings.
