The completion of development and structure of One Foresta, was celebrated with a roof topping up ceremony on 17 March 2018.
The event was graciously officiated by Penang Chief Minister, YAB Tuan Lim Guan Eng, accompanied by YB Dato’ Abdul Malik Bin Abdul Kassim, YB Jagdee Singh Deo and YB Phee Boon Poh.
The development comprising of total of 1, 343 units of affordable housing with built-up area of 900 sq ft is scheduled to be completed by end of December 2018.
YB Jagdee Singh Deo, Penang State EXCO for Housing and Town & Country Planning recorded his appreciation to Ideal Property Group for its contribution of affordable units for Penangites in the State.
