Ideal Property Group break ground at its third affordable development site – IDEAL RESIDENCY – in Island Glades, Penang.
This development is a joint venture between Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) and Ideal Property Group that incorporate both affordable and quality homes features.
IDEAL RESIDENCY consisting of 2850 affordable residential condominiums with built-up areas 850 sqft. These much awaited affordable units will be introduced to public with an indicative price start from RM300,000.
The ground breaking ceremony for Ideal Residency was officiated by Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow, Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin and State Local Government, Housing, Urban and Rural Planning Committee Chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo.
Ideal Residency is poised to be another highly demanded housing as it will give its residents easy access to major destinations, Penang bridge, Georgetown, Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone, as well as Penang International Airport.
The project will also be developing amenities and facilities such as indoor badminton court, full basketball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, jogging track, gym room, yoga room, ping pong room, a garden, kids pool, playground, BBQ area and multipurpose halls.
The freehold project is scheduled for completion by 2024 for its first phase development.
