Ideal Property Group to Construct New School Building for SJKT Rajaji
Ideal Property Group is honoured to undertake the construction of a new school building for SJKT Rajaji, reaffirming the Group’s dedication to giving back to the community through education. The Letter of Approval Handover Ceremony was held on 15 June 2026, officiated by Deputy Minister of Education YB Wong Kah Woh.
The new two-storey school building, to be built on a 2.368-acre site, will feature a total built-up area of 33,225 sq ft, housing 12 classrooms alongside essential facilities including an open hall, canteen, library, surau, principal’s office, administrative offices, staff room, and toilets.
The site is currently under clearance, with piling work targeted to commence in August 2026 and completion expected within 18 months from the date of commencement.
