Congratulations to INV New Material Technology (英诺威新材料科技) on the Grand Inauguration of their New Facility at Penang Technology Park @ Bertam!
We are honoured to witness the official opening of INV’s cutting-edge manufacturing plant, just a year and a half after breaking ground on this 66.03-acre site.
The ceremony was officiated by Penang Chief Minister YAB Chow Kon Yeow, marking a major milestone for the region.
This new facility is set to generate 1,200 skilled job opportunities in Bertam. It will be the largest low-carbon separator plant in ASEAN—a vital step forward in supporting the global energy transition.
As we embark on this pioneering journey with INV, we look forward to seeing it fuel local talent development and a long-term, impactful presence here in Penang’s new energy industry.
Among the distinguished guests were Bukit Tambun Assemblyman and InvestPenang Director YB Goh Choon Aik, INV Chairman Datuk Chen Xiufeng, Chief Executive Officer Liu Rui, Ideal Property Group Chief Operating Officer Dato Goh Teng Whoo, and Dato Connie Ang.
